鉸削:
鉸削(xue)加工(gong)(gong)是(shi)對(dui)(dui)孔(kong)(kong)的精(jing)加工(gong)(gong),要(yao)求(qiu)精(jing)度(du)高。鉸削(xue)屬(shu)低速小進給(gei)量(liang)切(qie)削(xue),主要(yao)是(shi)刀具與孔(kong)(kong)壁成擠壓切(qie)削(xue),切(qie)屑(xie)碎片易留在刀槽或粘接在刃(ren)邊上,影響刃(ren)帶(dai)的擠壓作用。破壞加工(gong)(gong)精(jing)度(du)和(he)表面粗(cu)糙度(du),增加切(qie)削(xue)轉矩,還會產生積屑(xie)瘤(liu),增加刀具磨(mo)損。鉸孔(kong)(kong)基本上屬(shu)于邊界潤滑狀態(tai),一般采(cai)用潤滑性(xing)良(liang)好(hao)并(bing)有一定(ding)流(liu)動性(xing)的高濃度(du)極壓乳化液(ye)(ye)或極壓切(qie)削(xue)油,就可(ke)以得到良(liang)好(hao)效果。對(dui)(dui)不銹鋼、耐熱鋼可(ke)采(cai)用高極壓性(xing)的復合切(qie)削(xue)液(ye)(ye)。對(dui)(dui)深孔(kong)(kong)鉸削(xue),采(cai)用潤滑性(xing)能好(hao)的深孔(kong)(kong)鉆切(qie)削(xue)油便(bian)能滿足工(gong)(gong)藝要(yao)求(qiu)。
拉(la)削:
拉刀(dao)(dao)是一種沿著軸線方向按刀(dao)(dao)刃的(de)(de)齒升并列著眾多刀(dao)(dao)齒的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具,拉削(xue)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)特(te)點是能夠高精度地加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)出具有(you)復雜形(xing)狀的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)。因為拉刀(dao)(dao)是貴(gui)重刀(dao)(dao)具,所以(yi)刀(dao)(dao)具耐(nai)用(yong)度對(dui)生產成本影響較大。此外,拉削(xue)是精加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)表(biao)面粗糙(cao)度要求嚴格。拉削(xue)時,切削(xue)阻(zu)力(li)大,不易(yi)排(pai)(pai)屑(xie),冷(leng)卻條件(jian)(jian)差(cha),易(yi)刮傷工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)表(biao)面,所以(yi)要求切削(xue)液的(de)(de)潤滑性和排(pai)(pai)屑(xie)性能較好。國內已(yi)有(you)專(zhuan)用(yong)的(de)(de)含硫極(ji)壓添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)的(de)(de)拉削(xue)油。
對(dui)于(yu)不銹鋼和耐熱合(he)金的拉削,可用下列配(pei)方(質量(liang)分數):極壓切削復(fu)合(he)潤滑劑20%,氯(lv)化石(shi)蠟15%, L-AN22全損(sun)耗(hao)系統用(yong)油65%。
鉆孔:
使用一(yi)般的麻花鉆(zhan)(zhan)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔,屬于粗加(jia)工(gong),鉆(zhan)(zhan)削時排(pai)屑(xie)困難,切(qie)(qie)削熱不易(yi)導出,往(wang)往(wang)造成刀(dao)刃退(tui)火,影響鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭使用壽命(ming)及(ji)加(jia)工(gong)效(xiao)(xiao)率。選用性(xing)能(neng)(neng)好(hao)的切(qie)(qie)削液(ye),可(ke)以使鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭的使用壽命(ming)延長數倍(bei)甚至更多(duo),生產效(xiao)(xiao)率也(ye)可(ke)明顯提高(gao)。一(yi)般可(ke)選用極壓(ya)(ya)乳化液(ye)或極壓(ya)(ya)合(he)成切(qie)(qie)削液(ye)。極壓(ya)(ya)合(he)成切(qie)(qie)削液(ye)表(biao)面張力低,滲透性(xing)好(hao),能(neng)(neng)及(ji)時冷卻鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭,對延長刀(dao)具(ju)壽命(ming),提高(gao)加(jia)工(gong)效(xiao)(xiao)率十(shi)分有效(xiao)(xiao)。對于不銹(xiu)鋼、耐(nai)熱合(he)金等難切(qie)(qie)削材料,可(ke)選用低粘度的極壓(ya)(ya)切(qie)(qie)削油。
