CNC加工刀具的選(xuan)擇:
(1)根據精密CNC加工階段的不同選擇合適刀具。如車削或銑削高強度鋼、鈦、不銹鋼零件,建議選用耐磨性較好的可轉位硬質合金刀具。
(2)根據精(jing)密CNC加(jia)工(gong)(gong)階段(duan)選擇(ze)刀具。即粗加(jia)工(gong)(gong)階段(duan)以(yi)去除(chu)余量(liang)為主,應選擇(ze)剛(gang)性好,精(jing)度低(di)的(de)刀具,半精(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)階段(duan),為保證零件的(de)精(jing)度和質量(liang),應選擇(ze)耐用(yong)度高,精(jing)度比較高的(de)刀具,粗加(jia)工(gong)(gong)階段(duan)以(yi)最低(di)的(de)刀具精(jing)度,并使用(yong)最高精(jing)度的(de)刀具精(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)階段(duan)。
(3)根(gen)據加工(gong)區域的特點選(xuan)擇刀(dao)具和(he)幾何(he)參數。在零(ling)(ling)(ling)件結構許(xu)可中應使用大(da)直徑縱橫(heng)比值的小工(gong)具;切(qie)割薄壁零(ling)(ling)(ling)件通過刀(dao)刃(ren)的中心應有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的端心角(jiao),以減(jian)少零(ling)(ling)(ling)件的切(qie)削(xue)刀(dao)具和(he)切(qie)削(xue)力。加工(gong)鋁(lv)、銅(tong)等較軟材料的零(ling)(ling)(ling)件,應選(xuan)用前角(jiao)稍大(da)的銑刀(dao),齒數不(bu)得超過四齒。
在選擇刀(dao)(dao)(dao)具時(shi)(shi),要使刀(dao)(dao)(dao)具的(de)尺寸與工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)表面(mian)(mian)尺寸相適(shi)應。生產,圍繞(rao)平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian)零(ling)件(jian)的(de)輪廓加工(gong)(gong)(gong),常使用立(li)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)刀(dao)(dao)(dao);銑(xian)(xian)(xian)平(ping)(ping)面(mian)(mian),需選硬質(zhi)合金(jin)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)片銑(xian)(xian)(xian)刀(dao)(dao)(dao);加工(gong)(gong)(gong)凸臺,高速(su)鋼銑(xian)(xian)(xian)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)槽時(shi)(shi);加工(gong)(gong)(gong)粗(cu)糙表面(mian)(mian)或(huo)粗(cu)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)孔時(shi)(shi),可選擇硬質(zhi)合金(jin)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)片或(huo)玉(yu)米銑(xian)(xian)(xian)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)片;對于(yu)一(yi)些(xie)三維曲面(mian)(mian)和改變輪廓的(de)斜(xie)角加工(gong)(gong)(gong),常使用球磨機、環形銑(xian)(xian)(xian)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)、圓錐(zhui)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)和圓盤銑(xian)(xian)(xian)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)。
在自由曲面時,由于球頭銑刀為零,因此,保證精密切削的線距一般很小,因此球頭立銑刀適用于表面精加工。這種立銑刀無論是在表面加工還是在加工效率上都遠遠優于球刀,因此,在保證零件加工的前提下,但在粗加工和半精加工表面切削的前提下,盡量選擇側銑刀。另外,刀具的耐用性和精度與刀具價格關系很大,在大多數情況下,選擇好的刀具盡管增加了刀具成本,但由此產生的加工質量和效率,卻可以大大降低成本整個過程。
