液(ye)阻(zu)軟啟動柜運行過程(cheng):
     電機(ji)開(kai)關柜合閘的同時(shi),液阻(zu)軟啟動(dong)(dong)柜接(jie)收到(dao)真(zhen)空斷路器(qi)運行信號(hao),動(dong)(dong)極板自上而下開(kai)始(shi)運行,在設定(ding)的時(shi)間內(nei)電阻(zu)值逐(zhu)漸下降(jiang),當(dang)電阻(zu)接(jie)近于零(ling)時(shi),安(an)裝在液阻(zu)軟啟動(dong)(dong)柜內(nei)的真(zhen)空接(jie)觸器(qi)吸合,電機(ji)啟動(dong)(dong)完成(cheng),經過幾秒后,動(dong)(dong)極板自動(dong)(dong)復位(wei)至原始(shi)狀態,等(deng)待一下次啟動(dong)(dong)。如(ru)液阻(zu)柜在預定(ding)的時(shi)間內(nei)起動(dong)(dong)沒有完成(cheng)就會發出一個故障報警信號(hao),自動(dong)(dong)切斷開(kai)關柜,確保電機(ji)不開(kai)路。
     繞(rao)線式(shi)異步(bu)電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)高低壓(ya)水(shui)阻柜(ju)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)近年來被廣(guang)泛運用,一般負載:風機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),球(qiu)磨機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),熱磨機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),立磨機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),扎鋼(gang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),水(shui)泵,輥壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),空壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),煤磨機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),高壓(ya)水(shui)阻柜(ju),鋼(gang)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),扎機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),等等高低壓(ya)電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)重載起動(dong)(dong)。
     球磨(mo)機專用高壓水(shui)阻啟動柜(ju)的工作原理
    而球磨機所負載大多(duo)為(wei)(wei)繞線式異步電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機,所配水(shui)阻(zu)柜(ju)一般為(wei)(wei)繞線式電(dian)(dian)機水(shui)阻(zu)柜(ju),其工作原(yuan)理(li)為(wei)(wei):在(zai)控(kong)制系(xi)統內并聯電(dian)(dian)液(ye)變(bian)阻(zu)器,在(zai)啟(qi)動(dong)過程中,將(jiang)液(ye)態電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)串(chuan)入電(dian)(dian)機轉(zhuan)子回路中中,實現限流(liu),在(zai)啟(qi)動(dong)完成(cheng)后將(jiang)它短接。電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)的可變(bian)性是靠改(gai)變(bian)兩電(dian)(dian)極板之間(jian)的距離(li)實現的,電(dian)(dian)機轉(zhuan)速隨(sui)著電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)的減小平滑(hua)升高,借以(yi)維(wei)持或(huo)增加起動(dong)力(li)矩,達到軟啟(qi)動(dong)的目的,并為(wei)(wei)短接時不(bu)產生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)沖擊準備條件(jian)。
