一、 出圖紙
1 需要看圖(tu)的人一目了然,知(zhi)道(dao)尺寸大(da)小,孔(kong)(kong)多大(da),螺絲多大(da),位置在(zai)哪里,如果(guo)數控(kong)不打(da)點需要鉗(qian)工劃線打(da)點加工,那么鉗(qian)工可以看圖(tu)紙(zhi)就知(zhi)道(dao)孔(kong)(kong)位在(zai)哪里。
2 出圖紙(zhi)可以效驗(yan)3D數據是否準確,盡量避免裝(zhuang)配時候(hou)出現問(wen)題。
3 檢查圖紙(zhi)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)齊全,各(ge)個尺寸(cun)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)標注(zhu)明確(que)清晰,數(shu)量是(shi)(shi)否(fou)準確(que),材料是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)確(que)。
4 注(zhu)明加(jia)工基準角(jiao)。
二 、編程流程順序
1、觀察(cha)產(chan)品(pin)形狀,是(shi)否有負角(jiao),直角(jiao)。
2、觀察模(mo)具、檢(jian)具、工(gong)裝(zhuang)等產品數據的裝(zhuang)配(pei)關系,結構是(shi)(shi)否合(he)(he)理(li)(li),如是(shi)(shi)否有負角(jiao)(jiao)、直角(jiao)(jiao)、銳邊、刻(ke)字(zi)、滑塊與鑲塊配(pei)合(he)(he)是(shi)(shi)否干涉,螺絲(si)孔(kong)位是(shi)(shi)否合(he)(he)理(li)(li)(如孔(kong)位匹配(pei)是(shi)(shi)否正確,是(shi)(shi)否缺少孔(kong)、螺絲(si)孔(kong)等),凸(tu)(tu)凹模(mo)具配(pei)合(he)(he)是(shi)(shi)否干涉(如凹模(mo)直角(jiao)(jiao)可以不(bu)(bu)加(jia)工(gong),凸(tu)(tu)模(mo)相(xiang)應部位應該倒R角(jiao)(jiao)最小刀具半徑),哪(na)(na)個面重要(yao),那個面不(bu)(bu)重要(yao),區分清(qing)楚哪(na)(na)里(li)重要(yao),哪(na)(na)里(li)不(bu)(bu)重要(yao),哪(na)(na)里(li)需要(yao)倒角(jiao)(jiao),哪(na)(na)里(li)不(bu)(bu)需要(yao)倒角(jiao)(jiao)。
3、在正(zheng)式編(bian)程以前(qian),看數據要(yao)(yao)知道最(zui)小R角(jiao)是(shi)(shi)多(duo)(duo)少,最(zui)深(shen)(shen)是(shi)(shi)多(duo)(duo)少,最(zui)淺是(shi)(shi)多(duo)(duo)少,在心(xin)里面要(yao)(yao)有一個(ge)大(da)致的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)順序,以及加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)深(shen)(shen)度、步(bu)距的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze),如(ru)果深(shen)(shen)度過深(shen)(shen),數控加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)同(tong)一把(ba)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)應該把(ba)深(shen)(shen)度分開來(lai)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),保證加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率,產品的(de)表面光潔(jie)度要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)是(shi)(shi)什(shen)么(me)(me),選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)合(he)理的(de)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju),等(deng)高與曲面銑根(gen)據刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)大(da)小來(lai)選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)合(he)理的(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)步(bu)距,用什(shen)么(me)(me)樣的(de)夾頭是(shi)(shi)合(he)理的(de),最(zui)小R角(jiao)或者直(zhi)角(jiao)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)不到、過深(shen)(shen)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)需要(yao)(yao)打電極放電加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),或者加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)到什(shen)么(me)(me)樣子要(yao)(yao)做到心(xin)里有數,加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)以后(hou)要(yao)(yao)告(gao)訴鉗工(gong)(gong)(gong)哪里沒加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)到位,哪里需要(yao)(yao)如(ru)何清理,這都(dou)是(shi)(shi)編(bian)程之前(qian)準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)作要(yao)(yao)知道的(de)。
4、看3D數據(ju),分析加(jia)工工藝(yi),確定加(jia)工塊(kuai)需要(yao)(yao)幾次(ci)裝夾,加(jia)工以基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)角(jiao)在哪里(li),如(ru)(ru)需要(yao)(yao)二次(ci)三(san)次(ci)加(jia)工,是(shi)否需要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)胎具,如(ru)(ru)果需要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)胎具原基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)否滿(man)(man)足(zu)做(zuo)胎具的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),如(ru)(ru)果不(bu)滿(man)(man)足(zu)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)就(jiu)搞更換基(ji)準(zhun)(zhun)角(jiao),制(zhi)作(zuo)胎具要(yao)(yao)考慮最(zui)少的成本最(zui)高效的裝配方式來制(zhi)作(zuo)。
5、正式(shi)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng),根據(ju)第四點的(de)(de)(de)思路(lu)來進行編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng),哪里沒(mei)考(kao)慮到(dao)位,哪里考(kao)慮多了(le),會的(de)(de)(de)到(dao)一(yi)一(yi)驗證(zheng),已經在自己心(xin)里有(you)一(yi)個(ge)順序了(le),長此以往有(you)了(le)一(yi)套(tao)合理的(de)(de)(de)編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)方法(fa),那么編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)就(jiu)會變得(de)(de)得(de)(de)心(xin)應手(shou),順其自然了(le),可以有(you)效的(de)(de)(de)減(jian)少編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)(cheng)時(shi)間,以及節(jie)省重復無用功的(de)(de)(de)參數(shu),以及更改參數(shu)帶來的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)浪費,檢查校準基準是否正確(que)。
6、程(cheng)序做完(wan)以后,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)檢查程(cheng)序,是(shi)(shi)否(fou)過切,是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有重(zhong)復加(jia)工(gong),是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有漏加(jia)工(gong),復制程(cheng)序,是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有過切現(xian)象(換腔加(jia)工(gong)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)有不抬刀現(xian)象),檢查校準(zhun)基準(zhun)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正確(que)。
7、出程序單,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)標(biao)清楚這是(shi)(shi)什么項目模具(ju)的什么零件,加工需(xu)要(yao)(yao)幾次CNC數控裝夾(jia)(jia),加工數量是(shi)(shi)多(duo)少,刀(dao)具(ju)長度是(shi)(shi)多(duo)少,刀(dao)具(ju)夾(jia)(jia)持器(qi)用多(duo)大(da)的,對刀(dao)基準要(yao)(yao)求是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正確(que),根據程序單檢查程序公(gong)差是(shi)(shi)否(fou)合(he)理,檢查校(xiao)準基準是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正確(que)。
8 拿(na)程序給操(cao)機,講清楚(chu)加工工藝,以及(ji)要(yao)求,防止(zhi)加工出錯(cuo)。
9 跟蹤模(mo)具、檢具、工裝(zhuang)裝(zhuang)配,是否達到數據要(yao)求,哪(na)里(li)(li)數控(kong)加工沒加工到位,哪(na)里(li)(li)需要(yao)修改(gai),要(yao)及時提(ti)醒,防止(zhi)出現(xian)裝(zhuang)配以后需要(yao)拆(chai)裝(zhuang)出現(xian)二(er)次裝(zhuang)配現(xian)象。
三 、 加工要求
1、所有非產品接(jie)(jie)觸面(mian)(mian)以(yi)及成型面(mian)(mian),不(bu)重要(yao)的面(mian)(mian)都(dou)需要(yao)倒(dao)角(jiao),自行根據3D數據分析,直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)倒(dao)角(jiao)。
2、螺(luo)(luo)絲孔,需要(yao)用中心鉆打點(dian),0.5mm深(shen)(shen)度(du)代表(biao)M4螺(luo)(luo)絲孔,1mm深(shen)(shen)度(du)代表(biao)M5,螺(luo)(luo)絲孔,1.5mm深(shen)(shen)度(du)代表(biao)M6螺(luo)(luo)絲孔,2mm深(shen)(shen)度(du)代表(biao)M8螺(luo)(luo)絲孔,2.5mm深(shen)(shen)度(du)代表(biao)M10螺(luo)(luo)絲孔,3mm深(shen)(shen)度(du)代表(biao)M12螺(luo)(luo)絲孔。
3、通孔(kong)(kong)(kong)或(huo)者螺絲沉臺孔(kong)(kong)(kong),球刀(如φ6、8、10的球刀打點均可,最好6的,根據加工中刀具選擇),0.5mm深度(du)(du)(du)代(dai)表(biao)φ4.5mm孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的大小(xiao),1mm深度(du)(du)(du)代(dai)表(biao)φ5.5mm孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的大小(xiao),1.5mm深度(du)(du)(du)代(dai)表(biao)φ6.5mm孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的大小(xiao),2mm深度(du)(du)(du)代(dai)表(biao)φ8.5mm孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的大小(xiao),2.5mm深度(du)(du)(du)代(dai)表(biao)φ10.5mm孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的大小(xiao),3mm深度(du)(du)(du)代(dai)表(biao)φ12mm孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的大小(xiao)。
