1,自動化基本(ben)概論

自動化主要是(shi)(shi)由(you)二(er)次電(dian)(dian)路(lu)構成,主電(dian)(dian)路(lu)及(ji)設(she)備由(you)二(er)次電(dian)(dian)路(lu)控(kong)制和監控(kong),以實現用戶(hu)所(suo)需要的(de)目的(de)。雖(sui)然自動化剛學起(qi)來(lai)很(hen)復(fu)雜但是(shi)(shi)無(wu)論多高(gao)深(shen)的(de)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)都建立在一個基礎上;“電(dian)(dian)路(lu)時由(you)電(dian)(dian)源,開關用電(dian)(dian)器和導(dao)線構成。”在自動化里面涉及(ji)最多的(de)就是(shi)(shi)各(ge)種(zhong)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器和PLC編程器(qi)。看上去是(shi)(shi)很(hen)復雜但是(shi)(shi)無論什么繼電器(qi)在(zai)一次電路里面看來就是(shi)(shi)開關(guan),在(zai)二(er)次電路里面看來就是(shi)(shi)用(yong)電器(qi),PLC如果剛開始(shi)不(bu)能(neng)理解就(jiu)把它(ta)想成(cheng)開關就(jiu)行了。繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器的(de)一(yi)次(ci)觸頭是(shi)用(yong)來開斷(duan)主(zhu)(zhu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de),讓主(zhu)(zhu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)里的(de)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)器通電(dian)(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)(dian),而繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器里的(de)二(er)次(ci)線圈(quan)就(jiu)是(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)一(yi)次(ci)觸頭開或斷(duan)的(de)開關,控(kong)制(zhi)二(er)次(ci)線圈(quan)通電(dian)(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)的(de)開關就(jiu)是(shi)PLC編程器的(de)Y點開(kai)關量。

2,自(zi)動化常(chang)用(yong)原件

自動化經(jing)常用到的元(yuan)器件有:繼電器,接觸器,PLC編程器,開關電(dian)源,漏電(dian)保護(hu)開關……

2.1 接觸器: 在用(yong)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)器之前首先要看接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)的(de)(de)觸(chu)頭開(kai)斷(duan)電(dian)流(liu)是多(duo)少,如(ru)果觸(chu)頭開(kai)斷(duan)電(dian)流(liu)比實際電(dian)路中的(de)(de)電(dian)流(liu)小(xiao)就容易燒壞接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)器的(de)(de)觸(chu)頭,其次還要看接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)線(xian)圈的(de)(de)工作(zuo)電(dian)壓,常用(yong)的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)器線(xian)圈的(de)(de)工作(zuo)電(dian)壓是220V380V,如(ru)果實際(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)比工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)小(xiao)則(ze)(ze)線圈(quan)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不啟(qi)動,如(ru)果實際(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)比工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)大則(ze)(ze)燒(shao)壞線圈(quan)。接觸(chu)器的(de)(de)(de)觸(chu)頭(tou)就相當于開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)主要是(shi)對主電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路起(qi)開(kai)(kai)斷作(zuo)用的(de)(de)(de)。就好比家里面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)燈泡(pao)(pao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,需要有開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制,這(zhe)樣才能(neng)在需要的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候(hou)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制燈泡(pao)(pao)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)斷,當然(ran)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制燈泡(pao)(pao)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)自己用手去按(an)。而接觸(chu)器觸(chu)頭(tou)這(zhe)個(ge)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)就有點不一樣了(le),雖然(ran)是(shi)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)但是(shi)這(zhe)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)不能(neng)直接由人的(de)(de)(de)手去按(an),控(kong)(kong)(kong)制觸(chu)頭(tou)這(zhe)個(ge)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)二次(ci)線圈(quan),二次(ci)線圈(quan)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)一次(ci)觸(chu)頭(tou)就閉合,斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)一次(ci)觸(chu)頭(tou)就斷開(kai)(kai)(常閉觸(chu)點就不說了(le))。

2.2 繼電器: 繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)有很多種(zhong),比如說時間繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi),開關繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi),缺相保護繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)…… 原理都大同(tong)小異都是(shi)由一(yi)(yi)次(ci)二(er)次(ci)構成(cheng),一(yi)(yi)次(ci)觸頭仍然(ran)相當(dang)于(yu)電(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)開關(guan)(guan),二(er)次(ci)仍然(ran)是(shi)控(kong)制這(zhe)(zhe)個一(yi)(yi)次(ci)開關(guan)(guan)開斷(duan)的(de)(de)“控(kong)制者”。不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)是(shi)二(er)次(ci)這(zhe)(zhe)個控(kong)制者控(kong)制一(yi)(yi)次(ci)的(de)(de)方式不(bu)一(yi)(yi)樣,例如時(shi)間(jian)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)二(er)次(ci)是(shi)到達設(she)定時(shi)間(jian)就控(kong)制一(yi)(yi)次(ci)開或斷(duan),缺相保護繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)是(shi)當(dang)缺相的(de)(de)時(shi)候就控(kong)制一(yi)(yi)次(ci)電(dian)路(lu)斷(duan)開。這(zhe)(zhe)里主要介紹開關(guan)(guan)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi),它和(he)交(jiao)流接觸器(qi)一(yi)(yi)樣 ,只(zhi)是它(ta)的(de)開斷電(dian)流遠(yuan)遠(yuan)小于接觸(chu)器,在用繼(ji)電(dian)器之(zhi)前仍然(ran)要(yao)先看它(ta)觸(chu)頭的(de)開斷電(dian)流,其次是線圈(quan)(quan)的(de)工作電(dian)壓,一般繼(ji)電(dian)器線圈(quan)(quan)的(de)工作電(dian)壓是12V,24V,220V,380V。繼電器(qi)在(zai)使(shi)用的時(shi)候原理和(he)交流接觸器(qi)完全一(yi)樣。

2.3開關電源, 開關電源是為繼電器的(de)12V24V線圈提(ti)供動作電源(yuan)的元器件,

2.4 PLC編程(cheng)(cheng)器(qi),編程(cheng)(cheng)器(qi)是(shi)神(shen)器(qi),也(ye)是(shi)自動化里(li)最核(he)心的(de)(de)。對于初學來說可以把它看成是(shi)開關,比如編程(cheng)(cheng)器(qi)里(li)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)量端為COM點和Y1Y2,Y3……開關電源(yuan)的正極接COM點,負(fu)極接繼電器線(xian)圈的負(fu)極,Y1接(jie)繼電器線圈的(de)正極,當(dang)編程器的(de)COM點(dian)和(he)Y1點連通(tong)時繼電(dian)器就這樣輕松的(de)動作(zuo)了,Y2Y3也是同(tong)的原理,下面為(wei)圖(tu)片看(kan)得更真(zhen)實。
