熱板焊(han)(han)接機(ji)主要(yao)通過(guo)一個(ge)由溫度控(kong)制的(de)加熱板來焊(han)(han)接塑料件。

1、熱(re)板(ban)焊接機根據熱(re)板(ban)裝置可分(fen)為垂直式或平行式。

熱(re)板焊接機(ji)由(you)氣壓傳(chuan)動部(bu)分(fen)、控制部(bu)分(fen)、電氣部(bu)分(fen)、機(ji)臺及熱(re)板模具和機(ji)械裝置等(deng)組成。

1、氣動傳動部分

此部(bu)分包(bao)括有:過滹(hu)器、減(jian)壓閥(fa)、油霧(wu)器、換向器、節流閥(fa)、氣缸等。

2、控制部分

4、模具和機(ji)械(xie)裝置(zhi)部分

此(ci)部分采用(yong)滑板(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)結構,由電加(jia)熱(re)方法將加(jia)熱(re)板(ban)(ban)熱(re)量傳遞給上(shang)、下塑料件加(jia)熱(re)件的熔(rong)接(jie)面(mian)。使(shi)其表面(mian)熔(rong)化(hua),然后(hou)(hou)(hou)將加(jia)熱(re)板(ban)(ban)迅速退出,塑料件上(shang)下兩片膠件在2只氣缸(gang)的作用(yong)下,迅速壓接(jie)在一起,使(shi)加(jia)熱(re)后(hou)(hou)(hou)熔(rong)接(jie)面(mian)迅速融合、固(gu)(gu)化(hua)而成(cheng)為一體。整機(ji)為框架形式(shi)(shi),有上(shang)模固(gu)(gu)定(ding)定(ding)位結構、下模固(gu)(gu)定(ding)定(ding)位結構、熱(re)模板(ban)(ban)集成(cheng)三大(da)模塊組成(cheng),本機(ji)配(pei)有銅質(zhi)電熱(re)板(ban)(ban)兩塊,由氣缸(gang)前后(hou)(hou)(hou)推進移(yi)動(dong),使(shi)用(yong)方便(bian)。
